Anatoly is a fourth year medical student interested in research, healthcare finance and NHS policy. He led the Health team last year and Iis excited to bring that same energy into building a prosperous future for LPI as President. He also knows at least 20 Sopranos quotes.

Alex Cloke

Alex is a third year economics student currently on an industrial placement at the FCDO. He was previously a macro policy researcher and foreign policy head. He loves music and the outdoors, and never completed an essay 100% sober.

Head of Research

Adhiraj Kumar

Adi is first and foremost an Asahi Enthusiast, however he promises he is not an alcoholic. He is also the first person to have been both a policy researcher and a data analyst. He is currently in his fourth year studying Computer Science and absolutely loves Lee Kuan Yew. Last year he was secretary of consulting, VP of 180 DC and the President of Entrepreneur Society.

Head of Data Analysis

Harry Prosser

Harry first joined LPI in 2024 in the first year of his Economics and Politics degree. Since, he has worked as a policy researcher and data analyst in the Social Policy and Energy and Infrastructure teams, and is now Head of Data Analysis. He is also currently undertaking a placement year at Oxford Economics.

Reem was previously a blog contributor for the Leeds Policy Institute. She is studying International Relations and is thus interested in global policy and international affairs. Most importantly though, she is a pub quiz enthusiast who now gets to run them.

Raya Boycheva

Raya previously completed her LLB at the University of Leeds. For the past year, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Leeds Policy Institute, where she led the editorial process and worked with student researchers to produce clear and well-researched policy papers. She shares that she is incredibly excited to continue in the role this year while pursuing her LLM in International Environmental Law at Durham University.

Zaya Zorigtbat

Zaya Zorigtbat serves as Treasurer as she enters her final year studying Economics and Finance. Having spent the previous year working on the Market Research team at the Leeds Policy Institute, she brings a deep interest in financial markets and economic policy to her role this year.
