Joseph first joined LPI in 2023 as the Head of Public Affairs. Serving in his role for two years, he secured a placement at the Cabinet Office in the Joint Data & Analysis Centre working as an Economist. Elected as President in his final year, he now oversees the operations of the think tank.

As one of the original founders of LPI, Ruby served as the Vice President while also contributing as a researcher to our 2023 Macro Policy paper. Since her placement year at the Home Office in Government Social Research, she has returned to the think tank in her familiar role as Vice President & Secretary.

Bringing his expertise over from the Leeds University Consulting Society where he served as Vice President & Secretary, Sasha joined LPI as the Head of Macro Policy in 2024 before being elected as Head of Research. Sasha is an experienced researcher with interests in econometrics and is and advocate for heterodox analysis.

Rares first joined LPI as the Head of Macro Policy in 2023 before serving throughout 2024 as the Vice President during his placement year at the Department for Transport. With an aim to bolster the think tanks microeconomic analysis, he brings the expertise that he gathered as an Economist to LPIs Data Team.

Drawing from his experience as an Editorial Intern at the IEA, Hubert joined LPI in 2023 as the Head of Research before becoming the Head of Data Analysis during his placement year at Oxford Economics where he worked in Global Macro and EM Strategy. Going back to his roots, he now runs LPI's media output.

Deploying the skills he had learned as a Quantitative Analyst at iRage and a Porfolio Manager at LUUTIS, Adi joined LPI in 2024 as a Data Analyst in the Markets Research team. He now serves as the Head of Public Affairs, while holding committee roles in Leeds University Consulting and the Leeds Entrepreneurs Society.
